Mark is a leadership trainer and executive coach and consultant. He received his Masters in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology but finished his post-grad work in Germany with a Ph.D. in Computational Economics from the University of Mannheim.
His 35+ years of work experience includes a 12-year management career at Siemens, the largest German engineering company with headquarters in Munich and Berlin. Throughout his career, his leadership skills allowed the formation of a motivated workforce that delivered solutions to international clients that truly fit and delivered real customer value. During the past 25 years, he has launched, owned and sold three successful businesses and has worked as a management consultant, trainer, and coach in a wide range of industry segments including telecommunications, electronics, production, pharmaceuticals, financial services, travel, logistics, automobile, and energy.
His areas of interest and expertise include project and quality management (certified Six Sigma Black Belt), corporate change management, performance management and intercultural management.
